They provide Very good baguette and variety of breads , I love their sourdough breads and chia seed bread, of course don't miss out their Croissants and pain au chocolate! They are delicious, u must try their mini pizza. I personal think this is the best boulangerie in castelnaudary. Don't forget they close every Wednesday.

Vous trouverez un grand choix de produits aussi bien en 🥖 pain que en gâteau 🥧 Le personnel est très sympa et 😊 souriant et de bons conseils. Pour les gâteaux d'anniversaire ils font le maximum pour vous être agréables et répondre à vos attentes. Je recommande fortement cette boulangerie 🥖 pâtisserie 🥧.

Cette boulangerie est magnifique. Je viens d’emménager sur Castelnaudary et ayant pu essayer toutes les boulangeries du centre, c’est de loin ma préféré dans toutes les catégories: pain, viennoiseries et desserts,etc.. en plus leur prix sont les plus raisonnables. Le staff sont très gentilles et toujours sympa qu’elles expliquent leur nouvelles recettes de pains. C’est sûrement bien qu’elles ferment à 13heures car sinon j’y retournerai trop souvent l’après-midi pour acheter des goûter pour les enfants.🤩Traduction
This bakery is magnificent. I just moved to Castelnaudary and having been able to try all the bakeries in the center, it is by far my favorite in all categories: bread, pastries and desserts, etc.. plus their prices are the most reasonable. The staff are very kind and always nice as they explain their new bread recipes. It's probably good that they close at 1 p.m. because otherwise I would go back too often in the afternoon to buy snacks for the children.🤩

Très belle découverte ce week-end à Castelnaudary ! Le pain est excellent, bien croustillant à l’extérieur et moelleux à l’intérieur. Les croissants sont vraiment délicieux, à la fois légers, feuilletés et gourmands. Le tout proposé à des prix plus que corrects. Une boulangerie qui allie qualité, goût et rapport qualité/prix : je recommande vivement !

Excelente! Tienen muchísima variedad (desde el pan hasta los pasteles, pasando por la bollería. Todo artesanal! Lo hacen allí mismo. Un café, un pain aux chocolat y una baguette 3*70€). El pan está crujiente por fuera y tierno por dentro. Todo buenísimo. La mejor en 100 kilómetros. Volveré sin dudarlo. Gracias!

Très bonne boulangerie. Ça faisait longtemps que je n' avais pas manger une chocolatine aussi bonne. Le pain est très bon. Nous reviendrons tester les pâtisseries la prochaine fois.

C'est la boulangerie préférée de ma famille. Tout est extrêmement délicieux, des viennoiseries fraîches, des baguettes chaudes et des croissants croustillants. Un service sympathique, comme si vous rendiez visite à de bons amis, même si je ne suis à Castelnaudary que depuis six mois. Mon seul regret est qu'ils ferment à 13h.
